Restaurante Papa Francesco, if you don’t know this eatery, just behind the Duomo, you are in for a TREAT. Family run, the food is home cooked and great. Papa Francesco himself and his son, attend to you’re needs. I recommend you have the daily specials, guaranteed to be fresh that day . The atmosphere is reminiscent of a great friend inviting you to dine. Reservations are needed. For many Milanese, this is their home from home.
Papas Francesco himself is Italian charm taken to the max. If you are in Milan for a few days, each time you leave the restaurant you book for the next day. Highly recommended, and very reasonable.
