FASHION

Franck Namani

The beauty of the Franck Namani brand, which has three shops in Paris, one in Brussels and Geneva is not only the individual quality of the cashmere and material used in the creations, but the superb window displays that marries each item. Instinctively, if you have the resources, the  impusle is to buy the complete ensemble. A complete joy just in the presentation. The friendly staff all  speak several languages. The ambience of two of the shops that I visited exhibited clean clear lines of design accented by a display that is both inviting and immediately comfortable. FASHION ACCESSORIES

Jacques Le Corre

Jacques Le Corre, backed by Japanese investors, recently opened his Paris boutique, selling a collection of hats, handbags and shoes. Noted in the 1980’s for his hat collection that highlighted many designers “fashion shows,” his designs for hats, handbags and shoes are as electric as they are extremely original. The most noted feature is the combination of colors in the handbag and shoes collection, and the array of fabrics used in creating the hat selection. Opened two months ago, Jacques Le Corre also has a boutique in New York’s Soho district. Tel. 331 42 96 97 40
